Esther Langley

Esther Langley travels with Priscilla Gordon on board L'Abondance. Near to them is her husband james and his traveling companion Patience Wilkinson. Both Patience and Esther's travelling companion are owned by Willis Wilkinson. There is probably a connection between them. In the Birchtown Esther is known as Catha and she and James have a child Kate Langley. With them is another traveler from L'Abondance, Jane Parks. Very close to the Langley's in the Birchtown is Priscilla Gordon - now joined by her family. there is no Esther or Catha among the slaves for the Langley clan. A Cate appears once and there is an Isabel but no other reference.
