John Green [Givin]

John Green is listed as traveling alone in the Book Of Negroes and he is not in the Birchtown Muster. It is unclear as to what happened to him. His last name may be a corruption of his former owners name Givin. It is unclear who Lucy Givin was as she is not in the tithables for Norfolk. She could be a relation of Humphrey Givin- a major land owner on nearby Givins Island but no record exists.
