Sally Taylor 35 travels with husband Jack Taylor. She says her owner was Col Ruscow( Roscoe) of Warwick which was a port further up the James River from Norfolk. Thomas Roscoe and William Roscoe were mariners who worked with Wright Wescott and with the Herberts. Sally does not appear in their tithables for Norfolk.
