Celia [Waiscoat]

Celia appears only in the Birchtown Muster with no last name or age. She is the child, or appears to be the child of Molly and Joseph Waiscoat (Westcott in the Book of Negroes). The lack of detail for her is probably indicative of the fact that she was a new-born infant. She has siblings, Fanny, Phillis and Sharper.
